The free trial

You can use every feature of Opaline free for 14 days from the first time you open it. After that you need a license to keep capturing.

Your license

A license costs $9.99, paid once. It lets you, the buyer, use Opaline on up to 3 Macs at a time, and you can move it between your Macs by deactivating one. A license is for one person: please don’t share, sell or publish your key. We may deactivate a key that’s been shared publicly, bought fraudulently or refunded.

You may not copy, resell or redistribute Opaline, or modify it or work around its licensing.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Any tax is included in the price shown at checkout.

Refunds

If Opaline isn’t right for you, email support@tryopaline.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund. Refunding a purchase deactivates its license.

Updates

We may release updates with fixes and new features. We can’t promise any particular future feature, or that every future version will run on every Mac.

No warranty

Opaline is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will suit your particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Opaline. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
